Information
Every effort is made to ship your products
within 72 hours from when we receive your order. Shipments should arrive
within 10 business days (unless otherwise noted in the Product Detail Page.) If there are any delays or stock issues, you will be contacted via the email provided when your order was placed.
Orders are received at and shipped from our Corporate Offices in Edgewood, WA.
All shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order, unless
otherwise stated on the Product Detail Page. Please include a street address
(no P.O. Boxes.)

Oversized Products
Some items require additional shipping charges due size and/or weight as stated
in their Product Detail Page.
Restricted Products
Some items cannot be transported via air service due to FAA regulations. We
cannot ship these restricted items outside of the 48 contiguous United States.
Large Item Orders
Due to the large size and weight of certain cabinet or heavy-weight products,
these items are shipped by a freight service. These items have a shipping charge
in addition to standard shipping and handling of other products. Shipping
charges are calculated during checkout.
All shipping rates apply to deliveries in
the contiguous 48 United States. Please call Customer Service at 866-475-1020
for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders
We will only ship orders via USPS Priority, Parcel Post or Express Mail, DHL Express or FedEx Express service to these locations. Excludes
restricted products, and products with long lead times. Please call Customer
Service at 866-475-1020 for shipping rates and to place orders for items with
long lead times.
Canadian Orders
All Canadian shipments require special shipping and handling. No shipping total
will display at checkout. Customer Service will contact you via email or phone
with your shipping total and to confirm your order within two business days.

Right to Substitute Shipping Provider
The majority of our orders are shipped via DHL Ground however, in certain cases, The Essential Garage, reserves the right to substitute shipping with USPS Priority, Express Mail or Parcel Post, UPS or FedEx. You will be notified via email if there is a change in provider.
No-Hassle Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction!
If a product fails to satisfy you for any reason, return the product, postage prepaid, and we'll exchange it or refund your money in full (minus original shipping charges), whichever you wish. If your order was part of a "Free Shipping" promotion, actual shipping charges incurred by The Essential Garage (no handling fees) will be deducted from your refund. We stand behind everything we sell.
Returned products that are not in salable condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. There are no returns on custom products. Custom products include, but are not limited to Steering Wheel Covers, Custom Seat Covers and Custom Floor Mats. Some manufacturers do stock custom items that are more popular, however these are still custom items and cannot be returned. Exchanges will be limited only to manufacturer defects or errors made on the part of The Essential Garage, Inc..
