I was a fan of sheepskin car wash mitts my entire car washing life until I used a chenille micro fiber wash mitt, I was converted after the first pass over my paint and will never use sheepskin mitts again!
We used to carry a very high quality sheepskin wash mitt here at The Essential Garage and we sold a ton of them, they worked great, were soft and got the job done however, they had their issues. These wash mitts are as soft as the proverbial baby's bottom and will not harm even the most delicate painted surfaces. You'll be amazed at the amount of water and soap they hold, the mitt actually seems almost too heavy after the first dip in the bucket. The benefit of all of that soap and water is excellent lubricity while washing, the mitt just seems to glide over the paint surface. Cleanup is a breeze as well, all that's needed to remove dirt and debris from these wash mitts is just a quick shake in the wash bucket, the gunk simply falls away. They are machine washable and will last for many, many washings. Packaged in sets of two so you can use one for the lower, dirtier surfaces on your car and one for the upper, cleaner surfaces. Generous 81/2" wide and 11" long with a snug fitting elastic cuff to keep the mitt on your hand.
