We would like to introduce the markets first Do-it-Yourself (DIY) Spray-On Industrial Grade Protective Coating. Al’s Liner can be used as a protective coating for truck beds, underbodies, wheel wells, as well as an interior liner and sound deadener. Originally designed and used as one of the world’s leading truck bed liners, Al’s has now made available directly to the consumer as an economical alternative to expensive, commercial application shops. Al’s Acrylic-Polyurethane Lining can be applied to vehicles, work spaces, ATVs, trailers or just about any surface you would like to protect with a tough, extremely durable coating.
Al’s Liner has been vigorously tested using many ASTM, OSHA and NIOSH standards. Al’s offers the highest level of Environmental Responsibility, User Friendliness and Cost Effectiveness on the market. Al’s Liner also offers excellent ratings in Abrasion Resistance, Weather/UV Resistance, Accelerated Corrosion Resistance, Flammability and Toxicity.
Superior coatings need superior guns. The optional Al’s custom 5 point tip gun and hopper can be adjusted to allow the applicator to achieve various finishes and amazing textures and cleanup is quick and simple.
With the ability for the end user to tint the coating to any color of their choice utilizing standard automotive paint tint, Al’s Liner offers a one of a kind protective coating that is not offered by any other Protective Coating Supplier. One Gallon of Al's Liner is enough to cover roughly 45 sq. ft. at 40 mils, or 22sq ft at 1/16" thick. You can spray it at 20-23 mils at roughly 90sqft, but you are sacrificing durability. To purchase more material, simply add a "material only kit" to your cart.

Additional items required:
Spray application gun is required. The Al's custom gun is available as an option.
Compressor (50 psi) is required (most compressors can handle Al’s but if you have concerns please contact us before purchase and we would be happy to answer your questions.
